QUICK HIT: “Droid Does Flash” event by Motorola and Adobe 9/16

As we speculated earlier an Android 2.2 role out to the Motorola Droid X was right around the corner. Well this only helps confirm things. Tomorrow, Motorola and and Adobe will be hosting a “Droid Does Flash” event, this of course does not mention in great detail the Droid X, however if you look at the title of the event we see it is targeted at the “DROID” devices that are running Flash 10.1 and not the Android platform it’s self. Since “DROID” is Verizon thing and the Droid X is the last Android phone (running 2.0 and up) to receive 2.2 and Flash, we can bet we will see at least an announcement of the Droid X getting both Flash and Android 2.2 (Froyo). Here are some details of the event:

We’ll be live streaming the DROID Does Flash Meetup for all those Flash designers & developers plus Android developers from all around the world. Make sure to register below for all the details including the Adobe Connect url. If you are in SF and can attend in-person we would love to see you plus there are a few giveaways so a little extra benefit to be at the Adobe offices starting at 6pm.
