VerizonNews: Limiting Data in 4-6 Months? [UPDATED: You may now cry]

This is by no means what we were hoping to hear Ivan Seidenberg CEO of Verizon say. Seidenberg confirmed today tired (or capped) data plans could arrive with in the next 4-6 months. We have no Idea on the structuring or pricing of these plans. Siedenberg did say that we don’t necessarily “agree” with the way AT&T has valued their data plans. It looks but we have no idea that the new data plans could hit at about the same time as Verizon’s LTE (4G) network which we thought was still a way off. We can only hope that Verizon will price the data and cap the limit in a decent manner, you know the manner that does not make you want to delete Pandora. We want to know what your thoughts on this are. How much data and at what price would you like to have? Leave a reply in the comments.

Update: Verizon Wireless chief Ivan Seidenberg is bringing us the worst and most predictable news Verizon is going to do away with it’s “unlimited” data plan with in the next four to six months. This plan is to be replaced with yet unknown data tiers and rates. Seidenberg says that they care a lot about data and will not follow the pricing path of AT&T. Once again we have no idea on pricing or caps. So heavy media users (Droid X users) enjoy the last of your limitless data. Oh and welcome to the party. Let us know your thoughts are you happy or do you want to riot in the streets?
